Pamela Love: jewelry like no other | Photo: Pamela Love

Shinola and Pamela Love have teamed to develop a jewelry collection.

The American luxury lifestyle brand and the jewelry designer will produce a new line of bracelets, necklaces, and earrings in multiple metals, including 14-karat gold and sterling silver.

All products will be marketed under the Shinola brand, and will be produced in Los Angeles. The jewelry pieces will be available between $200 and $2,000.

"Whenever we look to launch a new category [of products], we look for partners who are experts, people who can help us with the manufacturing process," noted Daniel Caudill, creative director at Shinola.

"[Pamela Love] is passionate about quality and about making a product that fits with our ethos. That's a large part of her as a person and her brand. Like all of our products, we want people to know that they're buying a quality product that they'll have for a long time."

The joint-venture will deliver jewelry products for both women and men, and will hit the retailers and stores in November 2016. This will be Shinola's first ever in-house jewelry collection.

"I'm so thrilled to work with like-minded people who care about creating quality products and jobs. Shinola is a brand that has been on my mind since it first launched and it's an honor to partner with them," added Pamela Love.

Shinola was originally founded in Rochester, New York, in 1877. Today, the company headquartered in Detroit manufactures and sells watches, leather goods, bicycles, journals, and other accessories.
